Dear Friend,
If you are the parent of a child who is active in sports or other activities that carry a risk of accidentally knocking out a tooth, then worry no more! You are right to be concerned, as an accident like this could permanently DESTROY your child's beautiful smile, and could also cost you a FORTUNE in dental bills?
What if I told you there is a dental emergency kit in the market that prepares everyone for an accident like this BEFORE it happens. You can then ensure the knocked-out tooth can have a better chance of being successfully REPLANTED, preserving that natural smile...
... all for a tiny fraction of the cost of a prosthetic replacement?
Hello! We are the team from 2th Gen.
Our team is made up of a Periondontist, a Prosthodontist and an Endodontist and each of us has been practicing for more than10 years. We have worked in major public institutions and hospitals with busy Accident and Emergency Departments. Our vast experience in managing acute trauma cases has brought us face to face with numerous patients who had to lose their teeth because of poor or inappropriate handling of the knocked-out tooth. It is really such a pity in this day and age when a few simple steps could lead to a very different outcome. That is why we are so passionate about saving smiles.
But before we tell you what you can do to prevent the risk to a healthy young smile, let us tell you what happens to a knocked-out tooth during an accident and what you should NOT do!
A knocked-out or avulsed permanent tooth is a true dental emergency. Like most other accidents, teeth can get knocked-out when we least expect - anywhere and anytime. Accidents involving teeth happen mainly at playgrounds, during sporting activities and even at home. Of course, teeth can also be knocked out during fights, in car accidents and even as a result of a fainting spell. In the US alone, five million teeth are knocked out each year.
Worse case scenario
Victims, be it young or old, who do not have these teeth properly preserved and subsequently replanted will face a lifetime of dental bills estimated from US$ 300 (for a removable denture) to US$ 4-5,000 per tooth (for implant replacement which may involve multiple surgical procedures). In addition to the financial burden, there is the added invonvenience of hours spent in the dental chair and possibly other dental problems.
A knocked-out tooth that has not been handled properly may not be replanted successfully and subsequently be lost leading to the need for replacement.
Simply put the knocked-out teeth into Save-A-Tooth ASAP (within 15min to an hour). There is NO NEED TO WASH / WIPE the tooth/teeth before it is placed into Save-A-Tooth.
Yes, that’s all you need to do!
And this simple act will buy the patient up to 24 hours to have other injuries attended to without compromising his smile. This is all too true in a busy Accident and Emergency Department setting where you may need to wait for up to 4-6 hours to be attended to.
It's so simple!

Things NOT to do
So if a tooth cannot be replanted immediately.... What can be done?
Some people think that it is important to keep the tooth clean, so they wrap it in a piece of tissue or handkerchief. STOP!
This not only causes crushing damage to the delicate root cells, it also dehydrates the cells.
Others think that since the tooth had fallen onto a grass patch or sandbox, it should be scrubbed clean. STOP!
Handling of the root of the knocked-out tooth should be kept to a minimum so as not to further damage the delicate root cells which are needed to reattach the tooth back to the supporting bone.
We have compiled a chart for your easy reference on pros and cons of using the different ways to handle a knocked-out tooth.
Look, in the case of adults, to replace a knocked-out tooth with an implant is very costly (up to US $4,000 -5,000) and can translate to many hours in the dental clinic as well.
You can save the smiles of your loved ones especially that of your child and avoid a lifetime of expensive and uncomfortable dental work. Having to wear a denture is definitely not cool at any age! Especially, for a kid as no permanent fixed replacement can be done till children are fully grown at about age 16-18 years old. Imagine the possible loss of self-esteem and confidence that can develop during those crucial growing-up years.
Research in the Journal of the American Dental Association has shown that teeth stored in Save-A-Tooth system within one hour of the accident will have a 91% chance of successful replantation.
Now call us crazy, but if you ask us, there isn't much point in going through all those unnecessary costs and trouble. So we are going to give you the optimal storage device to transport injured teeth -- where we show you to just follow 4 simple steps -- and we're only going to ask you to make a SMALL investment!
When you consider that you'd pay WAY more to replace a knocked-out tooth with an implant and can also translate to many hours in the dental clinic as well besides it can save yours or your child's tooth for life, we think you'll agree this is well worth the investment........

“Your product is the only commercially available product for saving teeth that I’m aware of. Before finding out about Save-A-Tooth® , as an EMT, I would have to put knocked-out teeth in a carton of milk prior to having an oral surgeon re-implant. It’s a wonderful product.”
-- Michael McCabe
EMT, Duarte, CA
"Save-A-Tooth® overcomes all of the obstacles encountered with prereplantation of avulsed tooth storage. It preserves and protects a knocked out tooth for four days successfully. It is simple to use and store for emergency situations. I have recommended it to hospital emergency rooms in my area. I would also recommend school nurses, athletic people, anesthesiologists and parents to have this system on hand to protect our children and athletes from unnecessary tooth loss."
-- Dr. Erwin Wolf, D.M.D.
Wyomissing, PA
“Great product! I used Save-A-Tooth® 3-4 times this year alone! We give them to team coaches (baseball, basketball, soccer, football, lacrosse, etc…) whenever possible.”
-- Nancy Hillman, Dental Hygenist
Vermillion, OH
"I recently used your product to save a tooth on a member of the Boston Bruins hockey team. I don't know why all athletic directors of high schools and colleges are not advised of this system."

What should be done
If you are not able to replant the knocked-out tooth immediately, the next best thing is to let the professionals - YOUR DENTIST, do it.
Therefore, you have to transport the tooth to your dentist for proper assessment and management as soon as you can!
That's the bad news.
The good news is that all is not lost and almost all these precious teeth can be saved and replanted successfully.
It all depends on you at the time of the accident as the correct management of the avulsed tooth is crucial in the success of saving all knocked-out teeth.
Uh-oh! Mummy look, no teeth!
Although it would be best to replace the knocked-out tooth back into its own socket, this may be difficult to do at the site of the accident.
During an emergency, most people would be in shock and too traumatised by the accident to think straight! Logic and sense gets thrown out of the window, while panic and fear set in.
Few people will have the presence of mind to find the missing tooth and then the courage to replace the tooth back into a gaping hole. Much less do it for a screaming child. Then there is the question of deducing exactly how the tooth should fit correctly into the socket. Most times, multiple teeth are knocked-out and it is difficult to know in which socket a tooth belongs. There may also be more serious injuries that require more urgent/immediate attention, such as broken bones, presence of foreign bodies, lacerations and bleeding. The patient may also be in severe pain and may not allow replantation without anesthesia.
The fragile periodontal cells, (PDL), around the root that attach the tooth to the surrounding bone begin to die once the tooth falls out of the mouth.
One should therefore replant the tooth immediately, if not, within 1 hour for the tooth to have the best chance of successful replantation and remain in the mouth.
We asked ourselves:
"How can ordinary people, who have no professional dental training, handle a knocked-out tooth emergency efficiently and effectively?"
"How can they transport the knocked-out tooth to their dentist without damaging the cells or the tooth?" The solution - A Dental Emergency Kit!
We realised the importance of having a scientifically designed storage system so that patients can transport knocked-out tooth safely, as well as keep the tooth cells nourished for a longer time before replantation by a dentist. In addition to this, the system must also be user-friendly so that any lay person can easily use it.
That was when we came across Dr Paul Krasner, DDS and SAVE-A-TOOTH. He is a Clinical Professor of Endodontology, received his D.D.S. from Temple University in 1971 and a Certificate in Endodontology from Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center (New York) in 1975. He completed general practice residencies at Berkshire Medical Center in 1972 and Queens General Hospital/Long Island Jewish Hospital in 1973. Dr. Krasner has been a faculty member of the department since 1977 and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics. He has a private practice in Pottstown, Pennsylvania.
Dr Krasner, earned a patent for his scientifically developed storage system: Save-A-Tooth, which is specially designed to transport avulsed teeth safely and keep teeth nourished for up to 24hr before replantation by a dentist. The Save-A-Tooth system is the first and only medical device to incorporate all of the research recommendations for preserving avulsed or knocked-out teeth until they can be replanted.
